But that was yesterday...now for today!
It's Monday!!! (woo...) Don't everyone cheer at once. We've been through this phase a few times in our lives; the first day is always the one where we just want to crawl back into our bed in ball form under the covers and just wait until Tuesday arises. Unfortunately...that can't happen. Unless you're in a coma and you don't want to be in a coma do you?
Instead it's time to get some clothes on and do your morning rituals to get ready for another weekly race through time, obstacles, and objectives. So make sure you wear something comfy, have a good meal to settle the little rager inside of your belly, and step up to the line.
And don't run a false start. You don't want to be DQ'd before the race even starts right?
Also don't forget to stretch...pulling things are bad for you.
