Humping and Pumping.

Grab a weight, do a rep, finish a set, forget the rest.
Allo Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Wednesday and another session of Hump Day!

Whoop! Whoop!

Waking up this morning after a rather decent amount of sleep, this guy is feeling pretty damn good. And a tad bit sour around the abdomen and hamstrings areas due to Shut Up and Squat Day (A.K.A. Leg Day) when I returned to the gym after a slight hiatus. My goal for this week is to at a minimum go H.A.M in a weight room 3 times this week so I have 2 more sessions to go.

Scratch one off after I clockout today to go workout.

But Yeah! That's my weekly goal for myself this week. I like challenging myself because there is always room for self-improvement whether it's physically, mentally, or spiritually. Especially with physical challenges so that I can look somewhat decent for Hump Day purposes haha.

Girl look at that body...Ahhh!
I Workout!

And now introducing the Hump Day Trio!
Have a fantastic Wednesday and go workout today if you can!
It's a stress reliever and it will make you sexy...and you know it!

Wake Up & Suit Up! (On Tap 112)

Monday you look real pretty.
Allo Hello people of the interwebs and welcome to Monday! The weekend has now past unfortunately and here in front of us lies a new week that starts today.

It's time to wake up, freshen up, and suit up!

My weekend was rather long, productive, and entertaining. Who would have thought that watching a college soccer game behind the goal in the rain would be so hilarious? Haha. Along with other random events throughout the weekend, it truly was a good weekend for yours truly. Especially with ending it under the Fall night sky porch chillin', music listenin', and beer drinkin'.

Yup. Fall is officially here.
Cheers.

Back to Monday. It is here and most likely you're thinking it's gonna leave a bad taste in your mouth, take your money, and leave you for dead on the side of the road. Alright, maybe that image is a little too gruesome...but anyways, stop with the negative imagery! The majority of the world is thinking nearly the same as you because Monday just has a bad taste in people's mouth.

However, a good start leads to a great week. So clean out those glasses of yours, pick out that dress that make you feel and look good, press your favorite suit & tie, and walk out that door head up and chest out.

You are gonna have a good day. Any hatred or haters comes your way? Wave 'em off.
You have a life to live.
(Sorry GTA V, I gotta go but I'll be back to cause more mayhem in Los Santos!)

Have A Great Monday! Love The Face and Also Yours.

The Daily: Is You Happy?

Nothing says Allo Hello like a big purple smile from an emoji right?!?

Get out there and find your happiness today for tomorrow is never a guarantee that you will have the chance to keep on searching; also have some fun while doing it!

Wishing you all an awesome Thursday.

Humping In Los Santos.

Awesome Art From Patrick Brown! Even more awesome is the actual game!
What is this...outside???
Umm...about that...

Allo Hello people of the interwebs! I have somehow able to force myself to turn off my Xbox and the awesomeness that is GTA V to say hello! hi! and salutations! to all of you on Hump DaY!

Whoop! Whoop!

Hope that all is well today for you guys and gals! Feeling a little under the weather when my alarm just happen to wake me up to start a new day...I blame a significant amount of sleep lost due to some midnight release called GTA V which could have possibly taken over my life the last few days.

And In A Good Way.
So Much Fun!

For those gamer type bros and chicks like myself that felt sad when they had to power down their console of choice due to the unfortunate circumstances such as clocking in for their work shift, grabbing their bookbag as they head to class, or any other responsibilities that needed their attention and efforts...trust me I feel your pain.

But Hey! It's still gonna be an awesome day because once you get all the stuff that you need to get accomplished out of your way, the more time you have to wander around Los Santos playing tennis, running a triathlon, strolling around the pier, or causing all sorts of mayhem on the streets.

Rise, A New Day Has Begun. (On Tap 111)

Quite an electric view Miguel-Santos.

Allo Hello people of the interwebs and rejoice for it is Monday!

(Crickets Chirping)
Well...Don't Get All Excited At Once.

Alas, Monday has risen from the early morning sunrise and awaits your next move. Did you enjoy your weekend? I sure did! Took a trip up to D.C. with the misses to watch one of our favorite D.C. United players, Jaime Moreno (number 99!), get inducted into the Hall of The Tradition at RFK Stadium. Along with enjoying a few brews at the tailgate and screaming and chanting very loudly with the Screaming Eagles in the stands...was a very fun day in the Nation's Capital.

And D.C. Untied didn't lose! VAMOS!

You. Are. Blessed.
But Yeah! A very entertaining weekend that I enjoyed over the last few days. Feeling a little reluctant to roll over and reach for the alarm clock this morning...no lie haha. Aye, I'm up and blessed to see another sunrise in the city. Even though things aren't perfect and just the way I want my life to be, I Am Blessed.

And So Are You.

If you don't believe me, then take a look at the pictorial image that just so happens to be right next to this section of text and look at how blessed you really are.

I'm thankful for each day that I'm able to open my eyes, move my limbs, take a breathe without the need assistance, able to walk under my own power, driving in a car that I like and able to afford financially, act stupid with people that I call friends and family, give my mom a hug.

I could go on and on and on...I truly am blessed.

And So Are You.

So get out of that bed, hop in the shower and lather, rinse, repeat and let's make Monday that more awesome. No matter what you go through, no matter what turmoil comes your way, and no matter what obstacles stand in your way...

You. Are. Blessed.
Enjoy Your Monday. Love Yo Face.

Lyrical Spiritual 13 (Irony!)

AljoschaThielen with the awesome skyline!

I know I be.
Living with no regrets.
Studying to ace these tests.
Putting in that extra work.
While listening to Berzerk.

Fist-Pumping like a 3 time champ.
What? This music got me amp.
Lately life is in smoother waters.
The speed has diminished.
Yet the incline is still deep.
As I keep moving towards the finish.

I know I'm trippin'
It's not you, it's me.
But listen anyways.
You made it once again.
Well...you're closer to the finish.
Just a few more steps forward.
Then you can celebrate.

So where you goin' to celebrate?
The water hole with a few Buds.
Dancing with girls in the clubs.
Resting in the bed after a long week.
Or out the area for a vacational tweak.

Whatever the gameplan is,
Hope things turn up to 11.
Now where's my glass?
I got a cheers to pass.

Cheers to us making it.
Through another weekly gauntlet.
The odds were shattered again.
As an interesting man once said,

Stay thirsty my friends.
Cheers!

The Daily: Why Stress Why??

Hmm...Sirius may be on to something with this texture.
"OMG I AM SO STRESSED RIGHT NOW!"
"MY BOSS IS DOUCHEBAG!"
"WHY ISN'T THIS !@& WORKING?!?!"
"DAMN YOU MOM AND DAD! LEAVE ME ALONE!"

"REALLY?!? MAKING DECISIONS WITHOUT MY INPUT? GREAT..."

Any of these rather loud quotes remind yourself of you at one point in time?

Ladies and gentlemen a lovely Allo Hello to you all on a rather sunny, warm, and sugarcoated Thursday for myself due to an XL chocolate muffin that was ggaaaaahhhhh....deliciousoso! As I brush off the crumbs off my face, let's discuss a little something about stress because I know some of you are going through a little something something right about now.

There is nothing wrong with becoming irate over a certain circumstance, event, person, or thing that does something to affect you in a negative way. We have all been there...all of a sudden a wild stressor appears out of nowhere and uses its bine attack that is super effective of turning your anger levels over 9000.

Fret not, those dark moments of time can suck but it's not the end of the world.

In order for you as a person to get over that massive blister that is making your life more annoying and stressful than it should be you must do the following:

Eliminate It.
Take Action To Better Yourself.
Move On.

You can do 1 of the 3, a combination of the 3, or just all of the above. One thing that I do when I get to stressful levels is that I take out that rage on myself. (Whaa?) And by that I mean I workout which takes all that negative energy I have and turn it into fuel, fire, and all that which I desire.

OOOOHHH!!
(Bonus Points If You Got That Reference)

And what better way of turning that negative blip into a muscle that can help you power through once another wild stressor decides to try and ruin your day huh? Anywho...people wake up! You're gonna be okay! Look at the stressor that entered your life and kick its ass. Don't stress about it, ain't nobody got time for that.

Stress was in your past, stress is in your present, stress is coming in your future.
How you handle it and live with it is entirely up to you.

Take that negativity and modify it into something positive. Do It.

"In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive."
-Lee Iacocca

Never Forget.

Never Forget.
Allo Hello everybody. Today is Hump Day (Whoop! Whoop!) but it's also a day that we as Americans will always remember due to it's lasting affect on us as a Nation.

On September 11, 2001, an attack was made on American soil as four terrorist attacks were initiated upon New York and Washington D.C. Two planes were hijacked by terrorists and crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City where both towers caught ablaze and came crashing down in a blistering inferno. Another hijacked plane hit the Pentagon in Washington D.C. damaging the western side of the building. A fourth plane was also hijacked with it's target towards D.C. however the citizens of that plane tried overtaking it before it crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

2,977 people died during this horrific event; including the 227 civilians aboard the planes, 19 terrorist hijackers, and 343 firefighters on duty trying to rescue civilians.

Today marks the 12th anniversary of 9/11. Yes, it is a day of anger, grief, and sadness because some people lost a dad, a mom, a sister, a brother, a husband, a wife, a B.F.F.; someone special was taken from their lives due to an act of cowardliness.

But fret not for also on this day is a celebration of brotherhood. For as a nation we felt the sudden impact of this day as citizens of the amazing country. With death and turmoil staring at our faces, we picked up the pieces. Firefighters, police officers, EMS, and even volunteers and citizens lend a hand to help out those in need during this dark period in American history. Some helpers paid the ultimate price for their services and for that we are forever grateful for the lives that they touched.

If you lost someone on this day or know someone that did, my condolences go out to you; but don't let this be a day of sorrow. Moment of silence will be happening today at 8:46 AM along with other services during today's observances of 9/11.

We have come a long way from 12 years ago when this struck our Nation. Some never thought that we would be able to recover but we did. They thought that America was on the verge of dying, we're still alive. It may not all be peaches and cream here in the States financially at the moment but one day I believe we will figure things out and be even better as a Nation. Why?

Because of You.

You have the power to make the necessary changes to make America more badass, more awesome, more anything. The people that lost their lives don't want us to be rolling around in an XL puddle of grief and sadness; they want us to thrive, they want us to strive, they want us to live our lives to the fullest and give it our best every single day.

So take a moment of silence to remember those that lost their lives.
Then...get out there and enjoy your day.

Never Forget.

"The one thing that terrorists cannot do -- not one of them, not 10 of them, not 1,000 of them -- they can't change who we are."

Time To Go Berzerk (On Tap 110)

Breathtaking Art by Mia here folks.
Allo Hello people of the Interwebs and welcome to a brand new week that starts right here, right now!

The weekend definitely took a toll on my body but I got a refresher spirit-wise as I spent some time hanging with my family outdoors as we cracked jokes, grilled good food, and Wobbled under the country sunset.

Good times indeed.

As an extra bonus, the NFL returned my TV and I'm not ashamed to say that I spent about 6 hours in front of the TV watching grown men in pads hitting the crap out of each other. So yeah! A great weekend indeed!

And now Monday has appeared as I wake up from a long slumber. Most of us when we here that alarm are usually looking for the snooze button or just let out a loud sigh...stop it! Get your butt out of bed and clean yourself up! No seriously...that bed odor I can smell from here.

This week is a week to go full throttle. Take a look at your weekly objectives and aim towards to completing every single one of them. You know that the list might get bigger during the week but hey...no matter because you are a boss and you can accomplish anything.

You got this week here.

Alright, enough typing. Time to hop in the shower, grab a bagel, and go berzerk!

Love Yo Face. Enjoy Your Monday.

Lyrical Spiritual 12.

Today has come...to have another good time on a Friday!

Y'all having a good time out there?
The answer should be yeah times 3.
Due to it being Monday plus 4.
This equation should make your spirits soar.

For another wild Friday has appeared.
Hopefully for the greater good.
Ahh...that's blasphemous in that line.
Since this day is always party time.

I got the tunes cranked up,
And some friends tearing the floor up,
Along with a few drinks,
That should turn things up.

After an eventful four days, it's time for recovery.
Through the stressors and B.S. we've made it.
The odds put us as the under-dog,
Thinkin' just another victim.
Yet we raise our arms in total victory,
While celebrating like a V.I.P.

Enough of this rhymable chit-chat,
We just reached the finished line.
You've been through an ordeal this week.

Time to relax and prop your feet.
Cheers!

The Daily: Drop The B.S. (Not Your Bachelor's)

The-Undone-Man has shown your rage in picture form.

We all have experienced that initialed word that I mentioned in the fancy title up above. B.S. otherwise known as "bullshit" is unfortunately a common occurrence that we run into on this rock on the daily. Unfortunately, some days when we run into it when it's in top form and starts piling more and more crap on top to make others miserable. And while it rots our minds and demeanor, B.S. just sits there laughing it's ass off while giving you the finger because you have fallen victim to it's horrid game.

So what can you do? Simple.
Drop It.

When people don't like something in particular, they thrown it away. If something taste funky, they spit it out. If a certain location looks suspicious, they make a U-Turn. A person treats them unfairly? Cuts them loose. So why can't people do something similar to these actions when dealing with the crappy parts of their life story?

You run into a raging customer at the cashier, your B.F.F. has turned into an instant douche-bag, your jeans suffer a rip due to a trip and fall, bills, bills, and more bills, an argument arises between you and your spouse, family starts getting irritated with you and your actions, work is turning from a joy to and absolute nightmare, things just aren't going your way and seems like everything you do just goes South...

Seem familiar?

Things are not all rose pedals, pretty rainbows, and cotton candy unicorns in this life. Although a cotton candy unicorn does sound badass right about now...anywho, life does has it's rough patches here and there; Some people experience them more often than others. When things like that suddenly pop into your sanctuary, simply look at it and then drop it on it's head. What I mean is don't instantly blow up like a Nuclear Strike in Modern Warfare 2 when something goes wrong or your a victim of a bad circumstance.

Simply, take a step back (mentally, physically, or both!) and breathe. Look at the situation at hand and play out the possible outcomes of the situation in your head and pick your poison. Then once the conclusion and the credits roll after the matinee has shown, please exit the theater in a classy fashion. B.S. also has a lasting affect on people almost similar to a thriller or suspense flick and it may come out in spurts well after the event has passed. In this case, do something to get your mind off of it; read a book/magazine, work-out at the gym, rage on a video game, talk to a buddy, turn up the music and zone out, have a drink with the girls or guys...DO SOMETHING!

"You struggle with your demons and you conquer them."
-Kinky Friedman

Like I said, it's unfortunate that B.S. type situations do exist. However, that doesn't give you the right to turn into a bullshitter yourself because that just doesn't fit you. Instead of talking B.S., drop it. Your mind and sanity will thank you kindheartedly if not now but well on in your future. Take your future into your own hands and stomp a mud-hole into any form of B.S. that comes your way and keep on, keeping on.

Drop the Bullshit. You ain't got the time for that.
You Have A Life To Live.

"You are a product of your environment. So choose the environment that will best develop you towards your objective. Analyze your life in terms of its environment. Are the things around you helping you toward success - or are they holding you back?"

Hump Day Already??

Now That is a Pretty Awesome Flower twinx85.
I don't know about you guys and gals but I'm feeling pretty refreshed at the current moment. Wait a minute...that's not how I usually open a new post to Moternative. Hold on...

Allo Hello people of the Interwebs!
Much Better...

After having a mini-vacation so to speak thanks to Labor Day and not being called into the offices (Lucky me right?) I'm quite surprised that when I rose up from sleeping and turned on my phone that it was Wednesday already.

Whoop! Whoop!
Who brought the talking camel into my bedroom?!?!

Anywho...I hope that everything on your aspect of life is currently going your way smoothly. In case you couldn't figure out, I'm feeling quite well mentally after a few days of relaxation. Physically a different story...plan on hitting the gym today to get everything back up and running haha. Alas, vacations can't last forever as duty calls but I'm still gonna enjoy jumping over a few humps that are trying to collide with my face.

I'm feeling good, feeling great.
Sending colorful vibes to you on this date.
