Hump Towards Progress


Allo Hello everybody! Are you ready to get humping?? Cause Hump Day has sounded the alarm!

Whoop! Whoop!!

Upon the midpoint of the week, I'm feeling pretty refreshed than usual. I blame the wild nap that appeared yesterday and used sleep on me in the version of a rest day. And yes it was super effective! Now that Hump Day has started, just need to get movin' and get groovin' around. Which should be a fun warm-up today before the main course of kickin' arse in the gym later.

Speaking of the gym...I've really seen progress since the beginning of the year when I had a few fitness goals of mine. Yes, it's still shocking to see actual muscle growth on my limbs and I'm at healthier weight! Now of course according to the BMI scale I'm overweight...even when I was around 175 pounds I was still overweight...so yeah, never listen to BMI. Ever.

Progress. Go make some today.
