With deadlines and drama. The Double D's no one wants to see.

All of them getting loose as if I'm on Bourbon Street.

After a long week in the office, I need a 3 day getaway.

A trip to the beach? Below freezing says I'm not gonna.

So I might as well pop the fridge and be taken away by a Cornoa.

Maybe add some Grenadine. Or an upgrade to a Vodka with a side of Whiskey.

Whew...now I'm warmed up and feeling all sorts of frisky.

Forget the temperature. I'm gonna crank it up.

This ice ain't containing me from turning up.

All The Snow!!

Allo Hello! It is Hump Day but I must state the obvious...MANNNN it's freezing out here in these parts! Oh yeah and also this:

#Snowmaggedon2015 has landed and it did some damage with all this white stuff hitting everyone and everywhere; All 8 to 14 inches of it. Schools and businesses shut down throughout the city as citizens rejoice with snowball fights in Shockoe Bottom, doughnut contests in various parking lots in the Fan and of course some good hot chocolate from the West to the East End of town.

Unfortunately I was not off during the insanity know as Snowmaggedon but it was damn sure a fun drive to my destination yesterday morning. Reenacting scenes from Fast & Furious: Arctic Drift with crazy Hamsterball drifting power moves that would even make Vin Diesel proud.

No NOS required haha.

Plus VCU hosted St. Louis last night at the Animal. But wait...VCU was closed. It was but the game was still on and we may have packed the place and made some of the snow come off the roof; all about them good vibrations. A 20 point blowout for the Black & Gold can always keep you warm while jumping and stomping in celebration for your VCU Rams!

Twas' still a fun last few days with all this snow on the ground. Now if only I can get all this snow off my neck from the multiple snowballs thrown at me by my girlfriend and pals. Because why not throw a snowball...or 2...or 10. Anywho, Hump Day don't care about no stinking snow because it's the middle of the week and you all should enjoy it come snow or no snow.

If you're one of the fortunate ones to be off today or enjoying weather above 30 degrees, I dislike you currently. I'm kidding...slightly.

That's right...it's SNOWMAGGEDON! Human vs. Nature! Organisms vs. Biosystems! Heat vs. Cold! Ali vs. Frazier! Skywalker vs. Vader!

And any other ridiculous VS. you can think of.

On a serious note, possibly the biggest or smallest snow storm of the year is heading this direction as meteorologists and social media keep making guesses and doubling up the ante as to how much everyone is gonna get inch by inch. From 1' to 10', who really knows?!?! Place your bets now!

Anywho, besides the Snow guessing game going on in the other room, life is pretty chill and warm at the moment for myself. My Valentine weekend was spent obviously with my Valentine and a couple hundred of VCU fans in DC as we took over the Smith Center at The George Washington University.

We came, We saw, We got Rowdy and Conquered. Both in the game and in the stands cheering-wise. Twas' a hell of a good time in the Nation's Capital. After the buzzer, posed with a Hippo and checked out some breweries around DC and felt rather impressed and good...very good haha.

Managed to successfully keep my burger intake down to only 3 burgers last week! It was rather ridiculous since the urge for the meat randomly popped up but I was strong enough to find some other yummy alternatives thankfully. As for running a mile each day challenge, unfortunately 2 of those days I couldn't due to a bug infecting my interal systems but as CT would say, "Fuck Excuses".

So what is on the horizon this week? Well seeing that I got all my futbol done on Sunday and snow is apparently coming down, down, down, down, down in a couple hours...I have honestly no idea haha.

Although, I will enjoy my day snow or no snow; And so should you.

Live inside the moment.

With the 3rd Day of the week upon us, I'm feeling slightly sluggish due to the amount of steps taken the first two days at the starting line; 10K+ on each to be more precise. Let's just say that when I finally made it home yesterday after watching Mario Balotelli FINALLY score for the Reds vs. Tottenham...I passed out on the couch for 3 hours. Yeah...haha.

Thankful for a comfy couch.

Anywho, Hump Day + GAMEDAY = Awesome Day! Now if only the hours before tip-off could get through as fast as Mclaren F1 with no traffic and no limits on 95. That is until around maybe 4 PM where the pre-game celebrations begin. Gotta have enough time to get ready on GAMEDAY!
