In This Moment, Take Over. (On Tap 165)

Allo Hello people! Monday feels like a good day and no I'm not intoxicated nor stoned when typing this opening sentence. 

For Monday to me is an opportunity; yeah it can be drawn out because it's the first day of the week and after a long weekend you just don't want to get up from that comfortable position in between your sheets.

Speaking of the weekend, mine had #AllTheCardio. From the soccer field to the pool to running on the gridiron and diving back into the pool...it's no wonder I won the batches of group challenges on my FitBit in convincing fashion haha. The only time I had to rest was literally in bed or in the passenger seat; cardio for days.

All that cardio has me not at 100% on the wake up but that percentage would have been even lower if I somehow managed to check into the In This Moment concert last night downtown. Seeing pics and tweets of my pals having a blast screaming "Blood! Blood! Blood!" while rocking out to 11; yeah I would have passed out haha.

Monday is a moment of itself. It's you vs. the day. Are you gonna let the day have it's way with you or are you gonna take it over? When the alarm rings it may take you a few rounds to feel what Monday is gonna throw at you. Strike fast and strike hard. You can win this battle.

As the NNEEWW interim featherweight champ Conor McGregor famously stated:

"You're not here to take part, You're here to take over."
