A Motivational Alternative

Lyrical Spiritual 24.

You see it's me, it's me. Here live and in living ink with the Spiritual this week.
So what idea is swerving around my head in these bars of the rhymes?
Patience my friends. You shall see in due time.

Life can get tough. Don't let it ruin your precious figure
Yet by looking at the rigid face life has already one this battle...go figure.
I'm G-double O-D Good! You look like you need a little more work around the edges.
Stay on this ride, the drop is soon coming in the upcoming stages.

Taking a diagnosis of myself, the results show that I'm odd, explicit with a side of insomniac.
Fuzzy in spirit but can turn cold-hearted at the drop of the hat.
I blame bitches, idiots, haters, and stress.
For the whole transformation mess.

These four things come in life with the objective to fuck with you and you head.
So in simple terms...put on the Kevlar and stomp a mudhole until they end up dead.
In a figurative sense, do you really want to spend a night behind bars?
Cause those folks behind them will show you what it's like to 'Go Hard'.

Sometimes life gives you lemons, other times it gives you shit.
That's no excuse for a long term weeping fest over brown milk.
Clean yourself up and get back into the fray.
And don't put that infected milk into your bowl okay?

Keep the fire a-blaze. You're gonna be fine.
So relax, read a book, play a game, enjoy a glass of wine.
Ok..maybe two. You were going through quite an ordeal.
Don't forget the coaster. Don't want to cause a red spill.

You can't fuck with an unstoppable force.
No matter what traps, sneak attacks or double crosses you have planned.
Be that force that doesn't let life get to their heart while clogging their veins.
Be unstoppable and show that you are not the same.

If you're walking through hell, being the shining light over the flames.
Making people feel uneasy.
With the odds highly against you succeeding,
Stand tall while you exit the crumbling building.

Don't let anyone dim out your shine.
Stay on the course. Stay on your grind.
When the dark forces appear to knock you off course, just stand there and smile.

They have no idea the amount of hurt you will enforce in just a little while.

Cheers.

How Much Humping Did You Get??

Brrrr!!! Allo Hello to all of you on this rather freezing Wednesday down here which also is once again...HUMP DAY! HUMP DAY!!

Whoop! Whoop!

Man! It is all sorts of cold over here with all this snow falling down and actually sticking to the ground and such. Currently sitting at around 5-6 inches of fresh powder that I may or may not have joined others as we did doughnuts while eating doughnuts in Jeeps...

Bc what else we're we suppose to do?

With the snow coming down quicker than a hair full of dandruff, it actually warms up my spirit a bit. Not literally because well it is cold to the touch but I can't complain because I have a Hamsterball that is a lot of fun driving in these drifting conditions. Hopefully I find that 3x multiplier on the road today haha.

In all seriousness, don't let the white stuff get you down. Take that frown and use your levitating powers to elevate it into an upright position! And for goodness sake...get out there and throw a snowball or two! Maybe you can start a few snowball wars on your block during your snow day.

Good times indeed...now after a slight nap, duty calls for my appearance so while I'm getting my hair did, beard trimmed and all that good stuff before grabbing my coat and boots...

Here's this week's quotable frozen trio to get you humping and jumping all around the snow today!

"You don't make progress by standing on the sidelines, whimpering and complaining. You make progress by implementing ideas."
-Shirley Chisholm

"Watch out for the joy-stealers: gossip, criticism, complaining, faultfinding, and a negative, judgmental attitude."
-Joyce Meyer

"A snow day literally and figuratively falls from the sky, unbidden, and seems like a thing of wonder."
-Susan Orlean

25.

Oh hey there. Expecting something else here today?
Maybe a little weekend recap on On Tap since the calender reads Monday?
Welp, surprise! For a poetic mood has surrounded my fingertips on this day.
As I'm typing here and there of the random rhymes my brain say.

So What's New? Well...the weekend was crazy for I.
Even learned and tested a few new skills on the drive.
Celebrated a milestone, enjoyed a few steaks.
Created a third place winning wine and didn't even make it to work late!

And that was just on Sunday. All three days were quite insane.
Amongst running on 40 mins of sleep per day...you could possibly call me more insane.
Totally fine with that; for I was quite insane in my membrane.
Thankfully the 9 hours of sleep last night was easy to regain.

Waking up with open eyes and movable joints,
I have been blessed yet again.
Even with Monday showing as I turn on my phone.
Today is a great day. Because I'm living it on my own.

With no assistance in moving, breathing, chewing and doing.
I'm just me. Plain and simple.
Walking in with people staring and wondering "Who's This??"
Just a guy with a high spirit, a bassfull step and enjoying the day with a side of stupid.

Happy to be here for another 365.
To be more clear...celebrating being 25.
For those placing bets that I wouldn't make it this far,
You should have bet on black. Hopefully not all in on those high blinds.

This 25 wishes you all a great day with these 25 lines. :P

Cheers To Monday.

It's a tad bit chilly in this world of ice.
Everything warm and fuzzy dropping down on sight.
Similar to a Rock Bottom through a table with force from the Attitude Era.
This cold front has definitely socked it to ya.

I would have said Suck It! but I'm trying to keep it PG.
Wait me? PG?? I think I need to get out of these nosebleeds.
This feature sucks from this angle, I'll sneak into the front row.
Passing security like Splinter Cell so I can get a better look at the show.

Today's Feature Presentation. Finally, the ads have come and long gone.
No, I don't want to have an Executive Spray Tan Party...
I came to see Angels fights Devils in the Unholy Battle Royal.
Instead I have a rather orange sprayed lump of coal.

Can I just see the show??? My popcorn is turning stale.
So is this fluff on the ground as it transforms to ice.
There you go. You can put that in your Big Gulp Drink.
While I begin this week's lecture on what I thou think.

Ahem.
My hands are lukewarm sitting on this podium.
Actually more like a school desk sitting in Calculus.
Doodling on the wood, instead of writing today's equations.
Awaiting the bell for lunch block. My French Fries await like a + b = c.

Teachers saying "Look At This Kid. He Will Be Just Like The Rest."
Oh that's sharp. Care to add a little more bass from your chest?
The judgment shooting rounds like a raygun trying to unlock a U.A.V.
Spraying anywhere across the map because you can't see me.

Today's Lesson: It's Okay To Be Different.
Nothing wrong with being the oddball surrounded by drones.
Be Yourself, Be You, Don't Be Another Carbon Copy.
Unless you actually are a carbon copy then by all means press CTRL + C.

Ohy vey. Man oh Man!
You don't need to go on the same road as others.
In fact you may not need a road at all.
Some go left, some may go right, others may make a U-Turn.
As long as your on a path...see that asphalt? Make it Burn.

All the answers won't be found in that Social Studies textbook.
Or in the college ruled 3 subjects notebook.
You gotta do some work along with some exploration to find what makes you...well you.
But I don't know 5 W's and a H on how to do!

This is called Life. It has a variety of lessons for you to learn.
With a mixture of examples, questions, multiple-choice and the occasional problem solving.
As you level up knowledge, you also start finding your likes and dislikes amongst the madness.
Which will help you move you further away from eternal sadness.

So take the wheel. Set it on cruise control and look at today's lessons.
Within those lectures are some pretty important messages.
Don't be a retard and skip.
Because the teacher will make you take pop-quizzes for those that you "missed".

Alright kids, your 1 hour delay is up and the bell is about to ring.
Aye, grab your hoodie off the chair. You're gonna need the warmth.
Get out a pen and piece of paper. Time For A Quiz!

What Will You Learn Today To Make Your Future A Brighter Showbiz?

Cheers.

Humping In The Snow!

It's a little bit chilly out here...13 degrees to be exact at this current moment...but guess what? It's still Hump Day!!!

Whoop! Whoop! (Brrr.)

Honestly, I was expecting the weatherman to be wrong about the forecast because 85% of the time they usually are but waking up and seeing this winter wonderland outside is pretty nifty. It may be freezing but nothing will stop the hump. Not even the snow.

So for all the lucky kids that have classes cancelled for the 2nd day in a row, I envy you because I really kind of just want to cuddle in a blanket and play video games all day while Twittering my Instagram snow pictures.

Alas, duty calls but it's still gonna be an awesome day for myself.

Here's Why:

A) I get to make money
B) I get to play Fast & Furious: Snow Drift Edition
C) It's GAMEDAY! #LetsGoVCU

And I think this is a good way to roll into this week;s frozen edition of the quotable trio!
Don't put your tongue in the yellow snow...don't you touch it!!!

"Advice is like snow - the softer it falls, the longer it dwells upon, and the deeper it sinks into the mind."
- Samuel Taylor Coleridge

"A snow day literally and figuratively falls from the sky, unbidden, and seems like a thing of wonder."
-Susan Oriean

"A Snow Day??? Where's the Hot Chocolate??? You can't have a snow day without hot chocolate!"

Viva La Hump Day!

(Kazie's Daily Musical: "The Kings" by Run DMC)

Keep Chasing Your Dreams.

On this day, we celebrate a man, a dream-chaser, a rule breaker, a fighter, a warrior. Thank You MLK for all of your contributions and sacrifices that you made for not only just African Americans but for everyone as a whole that we can make it.

If you truly believe in something, if you truly believe that you can change the world for the better...then by God, get out there and do it. You may be ridiculed, you may be maimed, you may be thrown in jail, you may be spat on, you may even be threatened...but as long as you believe in yourself that you're fighting the good fight and believe that you will achieve what you set out to achieve.

Then You Will Make It.

MLK made his dream a reality...what's stopping you?

Thank You Martin Luther King Jr.

Lyrical Spiritual 22.

Why can't all the hours of the day be happy hour?
No worries while people chill out on their own beach.
Raising glasses in the air filled with Tecate, Orange Shandy, or Woodbooger.
While stuffing faces with side dishes full of sugar.

This intoxication feeling inside of me should be in it's own bottle.
Place it in a 6-Pack with other versions to toggle.
Enjoying a Breakfast of Champions and feeling like one.
While wondering...what kind of champion have I become?

Words that tag along with champion are one's that follow.
Superior, Fighter, Winner, Warrior.
Four words that people should strive for daily.
That should get people's boat sailing.

The beast from within is starting to bark at me.
Louder than K-9 units barking at suspects on that sticky green.
Things may be blurry now, they will soon fall into place.
As you continue making that crooked line of yours straight.

Chasing the belt, the ring, or the cup.
Speaking of cups...bartender fill mine up.
One day you will raise your hand in glory.
With critiques crawling to find their broken jaws on the floor.

As we celebrate the new champion of the world.

Cheers.

Allo Hello people of the interwebs and welcome to Hump Day, Hump Day, Hump Day! As if you really needed three times the introduction on the 3rd day of the week but yes...Hump Day Is Here!!!

Whoop! Whoop!

Hopefully this week has shaken your hand at the dinner table and treated you great with some good conversations, events and the occasional intake of mouth-watering cuisine. If your weekly dinner date has gone sour, might be time to change the subject or even move tables because whatever going on ain't working.

Check Please!

For myself, I'm running only 2 hours of sleep due to making a trip to DC to watch some VCU basketball on the road at the Smith Center. Unfortunately, we came out on the losing end to GW on the night but was still a fun trip up to the Nation's capital. Especially with running and hugging and cheering and chanting along with familiar faces in enemy territory. Good times riding on the Metro indeed haha.

Let's see what Hump Day has in store today! That unfortunately requires me to hop out of bed. But it's so comfy tho...alright, alright I'm up, I'm up.

Enjoy Humping folks and here's this week's quotable trio!

"At the end of the day, my momma told me don't let no one break me.
At the end of the day, nobody ever could stop me.
At the end of the day, you can't regret it if you were trying.
At the end of the day, I'm walking with a heart of a Lion...Yea."
-Kid Cudi

"Can we go back, this is the moment..
Tonight is the night, we'll fight 'til it's over.
So we put our hands up like the ceiling can't hold us.
Like the ceiling can't hold us."
-Ray Dalton

"Girl you can tell everybody,
yeah you can tell everybody.
Go ahead and tell everybody.
I'm the man, I'm the man, I'm the man."

Aw Nuts... (On Tap 119)

Allo Hello to all and welcome to Monday! Where honestly I feel zombified due to a crazy weekend as the sun starts rising from the ashes this morning.

That and only having 4 hours of sleep.
I might have the T-Virus.
Brrrraaaaiinnnssss...

Well before I fully turn into the Walking Dead, let's see...my weekend was indeed crazy. Work was a-buzzin' which probably led the zombification process and then hotwired it into overdrive. Even got a chance to take my walking corpse to the gym for leg day; surprisingly on the scale I'm regularly now weighing between 195-197 lbs and I can definitely feel a major distance running around the field with all this mass. Getting closer to my goal of 200+, 1 pound at a time.

Speaking of running, also hit the soccer field to kick-off another season of indoor soccer. Besides getting kicked downstairs by the soccer ball on full blast, it was a rather competitive game playing goalkeeper with a new squad. Came out on the losing end 2-1 but the fact that the other team actually applauded me as we shook hands was rather surprising. Guess my goal keeper skills has leveled up. Now if only I can level up a few more times so I can unlock the Green Hair.

FIFA 14 reference.
Now I'm picture myself with a Green Faux Hawk.
Anywho...

Saw some of the Divisional Round football in the NFL Playoffs when I could...my pick for the Super Bowl will be Broncos vs. Seahawks. Definitely will be checking out the Championship round games especially the NFC championship featuring the 49ers heading back up to Seattle to take on the Seahawks. SuperKaep will be in the building but I think the 12th man might be able to edge a close battle and make the trip up to NYC.

Alas, I survived another crazy weekend and looks like I'm not out of the woods just of yet. My machete and I must dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge as Monday has arrived. Along with working, my written exam for my EMT certification is tomorrow...bright and early. Plus more soccer matches tonight, studying throughout the day, meetings and other random events that I know are bound to pop up like unwanted spam...these next few days are going to be cray...add the z in between the a and the y.

Yet it's all good...more mountains to climb, more ceilings to take my sledgehammer and break it down and more critiques to shock and awe. I plan on making it and I'm gonna do my damnest to make it a reality.

And So Should You.

Good luck with what you have to accomplish Monday and hopefully you get a good running start out of the gates. Yes, I know it's Monday...that's no excuse for not bringing it and putting boots to asses.

And Yes, I Can Smell What Your Cookin'.

Have A Great Monday Everybody! Make Your Move.

Lyrical Spiritual 21.

I secretly wish things was easier,
yet the tough times is what builds character.
Staying in your zone in a world unknown
While searching for your path amongst stressful drones.

The fire burns your flesh leaving you maimed.
Jumping back as you let out of scream of pain.
Another battle scar in the sleeve of many.
Still searching looking for the fire that you can rightfully claim.

I wish I couldn't feel, that would soothe the pain level down.
Hoping the answer is right here, right now.
I wish I never touched but what else am I suppose to do?
Rot to the ground like an aging unwashed Converse shoe?

Nah...I'm going to fight. Fight to find my passion.
Even with the critics stating that search should cease.
The odds of failure are at all-time high.
You can't Make It. You Will Fail. You Won't Survive.

Enlisting into war without body armor or weapons.
Awaiting to be handed a few sanctions.
All because you have a dream...that's gonna take some work.
As others spit blasphemy saying that you're looking for a curse.

Sitting looking at the scars; hoping time gives a quick heal.
Wishing for a few stitches in this situation is ideal.
Some wounds heal with time, others are an everlasting pain.
Don't let them ruin you because you still have more to gain.

Not talking about wounds; that would cause a bigger mess.
Turning the spotlight onto your future success.
Yes, you may be confined in a locker room full of a hurt.
But you have the strength to the bust the lock and convert.

I wish the good outweighed the bad in the situations that you had.
Trust me for experience that I've been down in the dumps searching for my scraps.
With all these open wounds on my body, I must push on.
Because if I don't then I will not like the version of what I'll become.

These scars do cause pain; they also increase strengths and desires.
Putting in a tank and dousing it into your inner fire.
You can feel the vibes and the temperature raising a bit.
So get back out there and keep looking for your dream, your passion, your "it".

With all the signs saying that you should forget it
Are you gonna pack your bags and go back home never to return?
Or are you one of the chosen few that pick themselves up and jump back into the fray?

Because You're Never Gonna Give Up until you capture your dream One Day.

Cheers.

Never Too Cold To Hump!

Fortunately it's not THIS cold this morning...
Allo Hello people of the interwebs and welcome to the first-ever hump day of 2014! And just like in 2013 I give you a...

Whoop! Whoop!

Most of the people out here on the East Coast probably are humping underneath their blankets in their bed this morning. Not like that...well maybe...get your mind out the gutter! Anywho, yeah it's still pretty cold temperature wise around these parts. As an extra bonus...another round of 2 hour delays for the kiddos thanks to the single digits on mom and dad's thermometer this morning.

Jealous. Once Again.

Welp, time to step out into the frozen wonderland and have some fun on Hump Day! It's not that cold out here...why are people complaining??

Says the guy wearing 5 layers of warmth...

Guess I need to warm up the frozen Hamsterball and get Wednesday going!
And here's this week's quotable trio!

"I say what I want to say and do what I want to do. There's no in between. People will either love you for it or hate you for it."
-Eminem

"Whatever your dreams is, every extra penny you have needs to be going to that."

Viva La Hump Day!

(Kazie's Daily Musical: "Echo" by Bad Meets Evil)

The Daily: This Ain't Wisconsin...

People wish it was that warm right about now...
A rather chilly good morning to you all.

Instead of waking up to a winter wonderland, I woke up to a rather freezing...ummm...wonderland? Well I guess for me it's a wonderland considering that I don't have to go anywhere today.

As for others, I think it's a pretty safe bet that it's more like a 8 degrees freezing nightmare to them as they step out wearing layers on top of layers along with their fashionable scarfs and hats.

More like a winter fashion show on wheels.

The mindblowing thing from this shocking weather predicament: some kids got a 2 hour delay from school today. Because it's cold. Not because the school broke down or a lack of teachers or chemical spill in the cafeteria...because it's cold.

Wish I had that privilege back in grade school.

Somewhere in Wisconsin or Michigan or Minnesota people are laughing hysterically by the turn of events down south where people are freaking out as if the world completely froze over. And I don't blame 'em...pretty hysterical stuff.

Oh look at that! Your 2 hour delay is up...get to school. I'll be heading to the kitchen.

Enjoy Your Tuesday and Don't Forget Your Scarf!

"You need a wake up call? Take your zombified self outside, take one step and take a deep breath. Welcome to Tuesday! Now go back inside and grab a coat!"

The Year That Was 2013.

As one chapter sets, another one begins at sunrise.
2013 has come and gone at the tip of ginormous crystal ball came crashing down in Times Square as we celebrated that 2014 was officially here. The first few days of the New Year have been pretty good, productive and relaxing for myself but I would like to take a step back and few steps up to increase my viewpoint as I chit chat about the year that was 2013 for me.

Looking back 365 days in the past, I would say that I went through a couple things during that timeline. Dealing with the craziness on the job, handling business for myself to further move in the right direction and in all just living and enjoying life in general. Work has gotten tougher the last few months as I'm still looking for a full time position somewhere in my line work and even though I didn't find it in 2013...I vow to find, sign and stamp my signature onto a position in the upcoming year that is 2014.

One of my primary goals of 2014.

Speaking of my job...I successfully completed my EMT-B course that was 6 long, grueling and beyond stressful months. For a guy that has a Bachelor's Degree from VCU, that course was one of the most difficult courses I have ever been a part of. From learning about parts of the body, procedures and techniques and a whole hell of a lot of BSI, Scene Safety and proper body work; and that was just the first month.  But throughout it all, it was a very interesting course into a probable career move for myself that I can definitely see myself being involved in, making an income and beyond else...happy.

I even passed the first part of the State Exam to become an official EMT-B on my first try! BAMM! Currently preparing for the second part which consist of a written exam with A LOT of questions...not out of the woods yet. So after I hit 'Publish', I need to re-open Word and study some more notes...

Studying for the Win!

Also in the year that was 2013 I encountered many friendships; both of the old and new variety. By old, meeting old and current friends and rebuilding bonds that mean oh so much to me. Even with my chaotic schedule as it is...I still manage to engage a social life. Which is nice, very nice. Along with making strangers into friends and seeing old faces and reliving memories and laughs at the bar or the local sporting event, it twas' a good old time and plan on having even more fun in 2014.

Cheers to 2013. And to 2014 for that matter.
I even manage to make my significant other happy for a full year! I have no idea how...you know since I'm a dude and a klutz. Well that kind of explain the dude thing...haha.

There was some bad events and some WTF! events such as family arguments, low incomes and I was even flat out broke for about 2-3 months. Yet, with the power and the will and the many blessings that I received from above and others...I survived. One thing I learned the previous year is how to manage my rage that it's at least controllable when things go south. Along with upgrading my IDGAF attribute a few levels...life is pretty good being in the driver's seat instead of the passenger one.

Jumping into new experiences was also a biggie. Playing goalkeeper in soccer was...not gonna lie...scary as Hades. Yet, after a few more games I started to get the hang of it and now I'm one of the top goalkeepers in my division after playing for only 5 months or so. Gotta love long limbs and wide receive hands huh? Off the field, I got back into a few of my passions when I actually had free time. Gaming, music and writing are three of my favs and 2013 didn't disappoint on either one; even got better at my rhyme game as you can see from the Lyricial Spirituals on Fridays. Don't worry they're here to stay for the finish line lyrical boost before the weekend. :)

Another big thing for me was...this blog. I started this blog when I was in a undergrad at Virginia Commonwealth University just to basically write about whatever was on my mind. And back then there was a lot... Because I didn't feel as if I could say it with my mouth so I just used a keyboard. Fast forward a few years and looking at what I've come up with is kind of awe-inspiring if I say so myself. The fact that more and more people I run into actually talk about what I posted on On Tap, make a comment about Trio on Hump Day (Whoop! Whoop!) or even give a thumbs up about my poetry or other off topics; it's amazing! I'm not concerned about having 1,000,000 views or a thousands of followers on my Twitter (@ShadowKazie) or G+...the fact that some people are out there clicking, liking, retweeting, +1ing, and other social media -ing words is truly awesome!

And if this is your first time ever reading my posts or you're a frequent visitor to the blog...just want to say once again:

THANK YOU!

The Year That Is Now 2014 has started up. I'm still in the buffering stages getting ready wise but I good vibes going that it's gonna be a good year. Here's a preview of my plans for the next 365:

* I'm 188 lbs; I want 200! I'm pretty athletic for my size currently but I really, really want to expand my muscle across my body. And I think secretly my girlfriend does even though apparently she thinks I'm attractive already...which I don't what she's looking at haha. But yeah...cardio-wise I'm good but I want to get more speed and power along with more muscle across my arms and legs. You know what that means?? More squats in the weight room awaits! Ohy vey...

* I'm getting inked! Been debating the idea of getting a tattoo especially after helping design a few for a few buddies of mine but I decided that I'm gonna get one this year. I always had a love for good ink; way before Ink Master and Tattoos After Dark even existed on TV. Good shows by the way. But yeah; I have a few designs in mine, just gotta figure out the where, when, and how much am I payin'.

*A Job Opportunity! After I officially become an EMT-B, I'm re-entering the job market and looking for a career move. Maybe I might be riding around in ambulance with a crew, working in a fire house or I might even stay in my department just doing something EMT related with patients. Whatever it is...I will have a full time position or a few part time gigs that will boost my income. Guaran-damn-teed.

*My Place, My Rules! Which probably is connected at the hip to the previous bullet above, I want my own place. Love my family and all but I want to find my own independence as a person. And what better way to show that than with your own place to pay your bills and such! Yeah... Hopefully after I save up a little something-something here and there while making sure I'm making enough to support myself, the move can be dotted and signed. At least that's the plan anyway.

*Compartmentalize! Tyrese Gibson put out a video talking about this very word around Christmas time and this word...actually describes how I live my life. In case you don't know what this big word means...here's the definition and how to say it!

com·part·men·tal·ize
transitive verb\kəm-ˌpärt-ˈmen-tə-ˌlīz, ˌkäm-\
: to separate (something) into sections or categories
: to separate (two or more things) from each other
: to put (something) in a place that is separate from other things

It's not an easy, quick fix to solve all of life's problems but it's a pretty damn good start for most people. I've been doing this for about 2-3 years and it helps tremendously on handling stressful situations and learning just how to cut bullshit from your life while making you more awesome and worry-free.

Check out the video from Tyrese at the end of this post and give it a try!

Alrighty boys and girls. That's enough typing from me haha. 2013 was a good year for myself and I hope it was too for you! Now that 2014 is here let's make it even better than 2013 and make a positive impact for ourselves.

Haters, Drama and Stress have crawled into the New Year as well. And they're gonna be up to their tricks to try and derail you. Just have that finger trigger ready when it comes near you and shut it down!

Looking forward to typing, laughing, cursing, quoting, tweeting, etc. as we get 2014 underway!

Let's Do This.
