That Weather Tho? (On Tap 152)

Allo Hello Monday Morning and all of your Monday morning faces! Look I know the weekend has come and gone and I'm aware Monday has put some sort of smug look on your face every morning...but look at the puppy. Just look at it!

Your Monday face can't resist.

Ah yes. After a video game rageLOL Friday fest and Wobble de Wobble Saturday Night Fever along with a futbol cardio gauntlet on Sunday, a brother is kind of well...not exhausted. Wait wha? Blame it on the protein shake before bed; have quite a lot of energy upon the alarm blaring this morning. In more detail, the weekend was quite grand. To give you a picture as to how much movin' and groovin' took place, in the past 3 days I took 26,314 steps. Yeah...my FitBit was my best friend this weekend.

Now onward to Monday and the new batch of lessons and opportunities awaiting to be discovered. And also this rather strange yet awesome weather we've been having; I mean this is RVA where we can literally have all 5 seasons of the year hit us in one week but this is rather strange having spring type weather take a triple jump right over all the snow. No complaints on this blog though.

Although the North is a tad jealous currently...

Anywho, Monday. I'm in a happy place, happy place. Feeling refreshed and more in connection with my body which is never a bad thing. I did have a burger or two this weekend which I have no shame in my intake of flame-broiled goodness but I'm not falling into the trap of going back to having 6-7 or week. Therefore this week I'm going to attempt to limit myself to 2-3 burgers this week. Along with that challenge, I will attempt to jog/run 1 mile everyday this week. Whether it's on the soccer field, the track, the treadmill or even on the streets, I will re-introduce myself to weekly cardio because I'm gonna need it come spring season.

Well that's all from me folks this morning. It's so pretty outside that it's a drag just riding the bus in to clock-in haha. #TheStruggle Still is going to be a good day in the neighborhood. Both weather-wise and interaction-wise.

Now excuse me. Pandora and I got some reacquainting time to have.
